A few photos!

I thought it would be fun to show you some photos of the last few weeks. We have had to spend a lot more time inside due to the excessive rain and stifling heat. Mom has snuck us out of the house a few times between thunderstorm, although we did get caught in the rain more then once and mom had to run us back home. Personally I thought getting rained on was kind of fun. Enjoy the photos!

Everyday I do something new for mom and dad that makes them say WOW!! Here are some of my many new accomplishments.
I am walking at least 15 steps now. Mom thinks I could go more if I didn't always find something to play with along the way.
I say lots of fun words...like DaDa, Jack, Duck, Car, Truck, Uh-Oh (which means I am going to drop something), Up, down, bye bye, all done and Hi. Finally, after months of mom waving her hands in the air like a crazy lady,I am signing 'all done' and 'more'. I can also say all done now but her hard work paid off. Now mom is working on teaching me to sign 'book' and 'please'.
I am now stacking my blocks and rings. I like to stack them up so I can knock them down again. I am learning to clean up after my bath and put away all my toys. I like it so much I'll do it randomly during bath time.
I am cutting a new tooth. Mom says I am a little more upset then normal. Mom just gives me extra hugs and lots of love when my teeth start to hurt.
I am going with mom to Whidbey Island, Washington in two weeks to visit Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle Luke and Aunt Bev. Mom is going to be working with grandma so Grandpa and I will get to spent some quality time together. I hope he is ready for me. We will be there for 3 weeks and when I get back I will be turning 1 year old. Wow...can you believe a year has already flown by.

Im 10 months and .......

WALKING!!! Today I took my first step...actually I took two steps! I am still a little shaky on my feet but I am getting better everyday.

It has been a busy month. I took a trip to Washington to visit my Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle Luke and Aunt Bev. It was so much fun. I loved it so much mom is taking me back in June. I can't wait. Since I have been back I have been going to the beach a lot, playing with my friends, swimming in the pool, taking long walks, and today we went to a running race and a festival.

My vocabulary is expanding. I am now saying Dada, Jack, car, duck, truck and many other words that mom can only decode. I am still working on saying the all important word mama....one of these days I will figure it out. I think pictures will speak a thousand words so I will show you some from the past months.
